APPLETON — Appleton police are asking the public for help in finding a missing 2-year-old.
Egypt Burgin was last seen wearing a pink and purple outfit and was with an man who police say she knows.
A photo released by police shows the man dressed in a white T-shirt, black shorts and black shoes.
Police say the public should not attempt to make contact with the man.
Police say the criteria is not met for an Amber Alert.
A notice was first posted about the missing child about 4 p.m. Tuesday.
