KAUKAUNA – Mark your calendars and get ready for another electric start to the Fox Valley’s summer season.
Electric City Experience, the Fox Valley’s first outdoor music festival of 2022, will take place from June 8-11 in beautiful Downtown Kaukauna.
Featuring five stages of live music, the community festival offers something for everyone to enjoy.
Festivities will include a carnival midway.
Prepare for some difficult decisions in our food plaza as a wide variety of vendors serve up all of your favorites.
Enjoy a selection of cold beers and other beverages while listening to top bands from across the region.
Events start Wednesday, June 8 with the Live From Hydro Park kickoff show featuring Bobby Evans & The Dairyland Kings. The music will run from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Thursday is made for families with Kids Carnival Day beginning at 4 p.m.
Enjoy $1 rides and stick around for a hip hop performance from Ill Genesi. The family-friendly show kicks off at 8 p.m.
Friday and Saturday bring non-stop music performances until 11 p.m. on both nights.
While the weekend is all about fun and celebration, the impacts of Electric City Experience benefit Kaukauna throughout the year.
In 2021, proceeds from the event resulted in $17,500 in nonprofit and community investments.
During COVID, Electric City Experience adopted the Kaukauna Public Library’s Little Free Pantry program as its key beneficiary.
The festival team has provided more than 150,000 pounds of food since Sept. 2020 to ensure all Kaukauna families can put food on their tables.
Electric City Experience is free to attend with events centered at Hydro Park and the Kaukauna Farmers Market lot.
Additional information including the performance schedule will be released at the event draws nearer.
