KAUKAUNA — A ribbon-cutting is planned for Wednesday evening to dedicate the new mural in the CE pedestrian tunnel created by a group of local Girl Scouts.
The three scouts, Kenzie, Abigail and Lillian, completed the mural along the wall of the tunnel near Quinney/NDLC for their Girl Scout Silver Award project.
Join them in a grand unveiling of the finished project on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at 6 p.m.
The girls have several local businesses to thank for helping make this project possible.
Light refreshments will be served.
The event will take place on the Quinney/NDLC side of the tunnel. Parking is available in the school parking lot.
All are welcome.

The Girl Scout Silver Award is obtained by helping their community and making a long-lasting project.
The girls started coordinating and fundraising for the project over the winter.
