KAUKAUNA — Older residents will soon have a more accessible space for reading at the Kaukauna Public Library.

The Retirement Housing Foundation this week presented the Kaukauna Public Library with a check for $20,000.

The money will be used to create a space for older adults to read and gather and for purchasing large print books.

The Retirement Housing Foundation, which operates Round House Manor in Kaukauna, is one of the largest national non-profit providers of affordable housing and related services in the United States.

Its mission is to provide quality, affordable housing and service coordination for older adults, persons with disabilities, and individuals with limited incomes, fostering an inclusive environment that enhances their physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
