APPLETON — Downtown Appleton experienced a power outage beginning late Wednesday morning.
About 244 customers were without power as of 1:45 p.m. according to the We Energies outage map.
That included city hall downtown, which closed at 11:30 a.m. because of the outage.
The outage was caused by an underground cable problem according to We Energies.
