KAUKAUNA — Officer Jim Brandt is retiring following a 26-year career in law enforcement, including the last 7 years serving th Kaukauna Police Department.
Throughout his career, Brandt served in a variety of important roles, including Investigator and Field Training Officer, where he helped mentor and develop the next generation of officers, according to a news release.
Whether responding to calls, investigating cases, or guiding younger officers through their first years on the job, Brandt’s professionalism, calm demeanor, and wisdom made a lasting impact on the Kaukauna Police Department, the deoartment said.
“Thank you, Jim, for your years of dedicated service, your commitment to our community, and the positive influence you’ve had on those fortunate enough to serve alongside you,” the department posted to social media.
“We congratulate Officer Brandt on his retirement and wish him all the best as he begins this exciting new chapter. Enjoy your well-deserved retirement!”
