KAUKAUNA — Defending state champion Kaukauna continues its post-season run at noon Wednesday at home against De Pere. The game had been delayed due to weather from its scheduled Tuesday start.

Kaukauna’s baseball team also begins begins post-season play Wednesday at noon.

The Ghosts defeated #9 Bay Port Thursday 9-0, while #5 De Pere defeated #4 Pulaski 4-3

The 3-time defending state champion Ghosts have the longest current winning streak in the nation and are on a 105 game winning streak dating back to May 20, 2021, just a few weeks before winning the first of their current three straight state titles.

The Ghosts have never lost a state title game, winning the championship in each of their previous state appearances including 2010, 201720212022 and 2023.
