GREEN BAY — Fox Structures, a leading commercial and agricultural construction company based in Kaukauna, has recently merged with another Kaukauna company, R&R Concrete

With this merger, announced Thursday in a news release, R&R Concrete owner and contractor Quentin Johnson has become a part owner of Fox Structures.

Johnson brings more than 20 years of experience as a business owner and concrete professional working on large-scale commercial and agricultural concrete projects throughout the area. Along with gaining Johnson’s invaluable expertise, Fox Structures has also welcomed his crew of concrete professionals to the Fox Structures team.

“We are thrilled to merge with R&R Concrete,” said Fox Structures President Mark Mashlan. “We’ve had a long working relationship with Quentin and his staff. Now, our clients can get the same great concrete work they’ve come to expect from our buildings on a faster, larger scale,” Mashlan remarked.

Fox Structures specializes in large-scale concrete projects including commercial office buildings, mini-storage facilities and various agricultural buildings for their clients throughout the area, according to the news release.

Johnson’s crew also will receive more opportunities to work year-round and grow their construction experience on various Fox Structures projects.

“The best part of my job is the camaraderie I share with my crew,” Johnson said when asked about his concrete work.

Regarding the merger, Johnson said, “I’m excited that we will have even more opportunities to collaborate on larger projects as part of Fox Structures.”
