KAUKAUNA — Kaukauna’s GrandStay Hotel & Suites, which opened about a year ago in Commerce Crossing, is now a La Quinta by Wyndham.

Great Lakes Management Group announced the reopening in a news release.

Located at 1541 Arbor Way, the hotel officially transitioned to the La Quinta by Wyndham brand in Septmber.

Kaukauna Hospitality, LLC independently owns the property, and Great Lakes Management Group manages it under a franchise agreement with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.

The conversion marks an exciting new chapter for the property, introducing a nationally recognized hotel brand while building on the hotel’s established presence in the Fox Cities market, according to the news release.

As part of the transition, the hotel received several enhancements, including new exterior signage, refreshed lobby furnishings, improvements to the breakfast area, and new team member uniforms. These improvements reflect ownership’s continued investment in the property and its commitment to providing guests with a comfortable, welcoming experience.

“We’re excited to introduce La Quinta by Wyndham to the Kaukauna community,” said a representative of Great Lakes Management Group. “This conversion is about more than changing the name on the building. It’s about investing in the property, enhancing the guest experience, and positioning the hotel for continued success in the Fox Cities market.”

Through its affiliation with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, the hotel now benefits from expanded national marketing, reservation distribution, corporate sales resources, and access to Wyndham Rewards, the company’s global loyalty program. These resources will help the property reach a broader audience of business and leisure travelers while strengthening its competitive position in the market.

Conveniently located in Kaukauna, the hotel offers easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping, and attractions throughout the Fox Cities, including nearby Appleton and Green Bay. The property is well-positioned to serve corporate travelers, families, and leisure guests visiting northeastern Wisconsin.
