KAUKAUANA — The city council is expected to award bid for the Sarah Street and Wisconsin Avenue utility relay as well as approving the connecting highway change agreement for CTH CE and STH 55 when the council meets Tuesday.

 The council meets at 7 p.m. June 7, 2016 in the council chambers in the Municipal Services building, 201 W. Second Street.
