GRAND CHUTE — Grand Chute police have arrested two more people in connection with the fatal shooting Jan. 31 at the Fox River Mall.

Shirina H. Willis and Ralph W. P. Ellis were arrested without incident on Tuesday in Oshkosh and booked into the Outagamie County Jail.

They face possible charges of harboring and aiding a felon.

Dezman V. Ellis, 17, was arrested Feb. 4 and is charged with first-degree intentional homicide and first-degree recklessly endangering safety in connection with the homicide of 19-year-old Jovanni Frausto.

Willis is the mother of shooting suspect Dezman Ellis. Ralph Ellis is the suspect’s brother, according to WBAY-TV.

Police say Ellis shot Frausto during an altercation at the mall. A second victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

Ellis has a preliminary hearing Feb. 16 before an Outagamie County Circuit Court judge.
