KAUKAUNA — Busy people on the go no longer have to sacrifice a decent meal because they don’t have time to properly prepare it.
That’s the niche a new Kaukauna business hopes to fill.
Entrepreneurs Destiny Antuna and her brother-in-law, Ben Long, have opened Fox Valley Meal Prep in downtown Kaukauna to bring fresh prepped meals to the Fox Valley.
They say their goat is to provide a healthier food option to the Valley and to lower obesity and provide everyone, especially seniors, with a fresh versus frozen meal option that can be delivered to their door.
Customers can order from a wide-ranging menu and all they need to do is heat their meals up.
Orders are placed once a week and made fresh the day of pick up or delivery.
There are two pickup locations, and delivery is available in Kaukauna, Kimberly, Appleton, Greenville, Freedom, Wrightstown, Oshkosh, Green Bay and more.
Antuna, a Kimberly High School graduate, and her husband, James Long, also own Bad Batch CrossFit, a new group fitness gym near the Kaukauna dog park that opened this month.

Ben previously owned a restaurant in Alaska and has worked in the service industry 20/+ years.
In the two months since they opened, they’ve received great reviews on social media.
“Loving the meals I got this week,” wrote one customer on Facebook. “Love that I can get home from work and just pop it in and not worry about cooking. And so far they are delicious.”
Fox Valley Meal Prep is located inside the Union Kitchen Collective at 136 E. Second St. in downtown Kaukauna.
