KAUKAUNA — The Kaukauna Galloping Ghosts football team travels to Papermaker Stadium Friday to close out the regular season against conference first-place Kimberly.
Kickoff for the game between Kaukauna (4-2 in the conference, 5-3 overall) and Kimberly (5-1, 7-1) is set for 7 p.m.

Regardless of the outcome, the Ghosts are assured of a winning conference record and likely a spot in the WIAA football playoffs. Kaukauna currently is in a tie for third in the conference with Appleton North.
Kimberly tied for first with Neenah, after the Papermakers defeated the Rockets last week, 31-10. Kimberly’s lone loss of the season was 31-21 to Fond du Lac.
Kaukauna defeated Fond du Lac earlier this season 30-28 on a late-game field goal at Bank of Kaukauna Stadium.
