KAUKAUNA — A standoff ended peacefully early Wednesday in Kaukauna after a man wanted on a warrant barricaded himself inside an apartment.
Kaukauna police responded about 3:45 a.m. Wednesday to the 100 block of W. Wisconsin Ave. to take a person into custody wanted on a warrant.
When police arrived, however, the man who was the subject of the warrant barricaded himself in the apartment, according to a social media post.
Officers were able to communicate with the man and eventually talked him into coming out of the apartment.
The suspect, a 55-year-old Menasha man, was taken into custody for multiple warrants and no one was injured during the incident.
