Kaukauna won its third straight WIAA state team championship March 5, 2016 with a 29-27 win over Stoughton, which finishes runner-up for the second straight season. Trailing 27-23 with two matches remaining, the Galloping Ghosts’ earned decisions at 126 and 132 to clinch the title.
