NEENAH — Neenah police say they are trying to figure out why someone abandoned a plastic tote filled with dogs.

Officers discovered the tote contaning seven dogs overnight Sunday on a residential driveway right next to the public sidewalk.

The owner was identified Tuesday, and the investigation is ongoing, police say.

They were taken to the The Neenah Animal Shelter where they are being well cared for. (Watch the video HERE)
