KAUKAUNA — Get ready to celebrate — Kaukauna Band is turning 100.

The Kaukauna Area School District Band Program is proud to honor a century of music,
tradition, and community during the 2026-’27 school year.

Planned festivities include:

The Band & Alumni Centennial Event on Jan. 13, 2027, at 7 p.m. in the Kaukauna
High School Gymnasium. All Kaukauna band alumni and community members are invited to join current band students for an evening of nostalgia and great music.

Alumni are encouraged to participate in a historic rendition of the School Song and be included in the official Centennial Celebration Photo.

A look back at the past 100 years through weekly summer posts on the Kaukauna Music
Department’s Facebook page. Each post will highlight a decade of the band program through photos and stories and will include a link for alumni to register for the Band & Alumni Centennial Event.

A commemorative Centennial Program distributed at each of the eight high school and middle school band concerts throughout the school year.

Various other celebrations and performances throughout the 2026 – ’27 school year.

According to a news release, the Kaukauna Band Program has provided generations of students with memorable, high-quality musical experiences for 100 years.

Whether marching in local parades, performing in concerts, or traveling across the country, participation in band creates lasting memories, develops lifelong skills and fosters a strong sense of community.

The centennial celebration will honor the program’s rich history while looking ahead to its next century of excellence.
