KAUKAUNA — The Kaukauna Area School District Music Department and community have been honored once again as one of the nation’s “Best Communities for Music Education” by the NAMM Foundation.

This is the department’s seventh consecutive year receiving this prestigious recognition.

“This recognition is a direct reflection of the collective commitment across our district to providing meaningful and impactful music education experiences for our students. We are proud to be among the 1,008 districts recognized nationwide, and one of 25 in Wisconsin, to receive this distinction in 2026,” Jacob Martin, Kaukauna High School Instrumental Music Educator wrote in a news release.
