KAUKAUNA — The Kaukauna Galloping Ghosts boys’ basketball team has finished the season atop of the Fox Valley Association conference standings for the second year in a row.

The Ghosts share the regular season title with Appleton North following its 71-70 win Thursday over Oshkosh North.

This is Kaukauna’s second title since 2016.

The Ghosts now will enter the 2026 WIAA Division 1 tournament with a No. 4 seed and will open the playoffs at 7 p.m. March 6 at home against #14 Eau Claire North.

BRACKETS

If Kaukauna wins, they would host the winner of the #5 Steven’s Point v #12 Eau Claire Memorial game on Sat. March 7.

GIRLS BASKETBALL

The 14-seed Kaukauna Ghosts girls team travels to 3-seed Kimberly for a 7 p.m. Division 1 Regional game Friday, Feb. 27.
