GRAND CHUTE — The Grand Chute Police Department is seeking tips as they investigate a report of a missing man.
Steven Thomas Femal was last seen walking on foot on Monday, April 17, 2023, in the 500 Block of Ridgeview Circle in Grand Chute.
Femal does not have a vehicle, nor does he have a cell phone, police say.
He was last seen wearing a red Adidas baseball cap, tan coat and blue jeans.
