KAUKAUNA — Despite it being May 1, residents in Kaukauna woke up to a snowfall more befitting of the middle of winter.
That included Twitter user Eric Zygarlicke of Sherwood, who shot a beautiful video clip at the Kaukauna’s Veteran’s Memorial Park and Ring of Honor shortly before 5 a.m. Monday.
He said he drives through Kaukauna daily on his way to work.
Zygarlicke tagged several local meteorolgists who quickly responded asking for permission to use the video.
He also heard from a Milwaukee TV station, Weather Nation as well as Storyful, which acquires permission to use videos for TV outlets across the country.
The caption on his video was simply, “looks more like November 1.”
