“How to Position your Restaurant for Success” scheduled for Jan. 24

Fox Cities – The Fox Cities Chamber is collaborating with the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) to offer a webinar specifically for local restaurants looking to grow their business.

“How to Position Your Restaurant for Success in 2023” will be held virtually on Tuesday, January 24, at 9 a.m.

The program is open to any restaurant in the Fox Cities; you do not need to be a Chamber member to participate, but preregistration is required, according to a news release.

During the program, participants will learn strategies for growth and success in 2023. Get tips on how to optimize your pricing, analyze cost controls, build an “A” team, hire and retain top talent, and other tips and tricks to add to your “restaurant toolbox.”

The presenter, Jesus Nanez, is the lead consultant for the Wisconsin Restaurant Initiative, a program of the Wisconsin Small Business Development Center. Jesus and his wife own Farmhouse Paint Bar & Banquet Hall and Chucho’s Red Tacos in Milwaukee. Register for the webinar at https://us02web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_bvHgJwbWSi25VsEzwGeieQ .

The program is being held to help restaurants prepare for Restaurant Week Fox Cities 2023, which runs from Jan. 27-Feb. 5, 2023.

For 10 days, local Fox Cities restaurants will showcase their best and most creative dishes on a special menu designed just for this event.
