APPLETON — Ascension Wisconsin will bring healthcare and community support directly to those in need through its “Medical Mission at Home” event.

The free community outreach will take place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 2, 2026 at Xavier High School, 1600 W. Prospect Ave.

Designed as a day of service focused on health, healing and hope, Medical Mission at Home reflects Ascension’s commitment to caring for the whole person.

The event brings together caregivers, volunteers and community partners to provide compassionate care, spiritual support and access to essential resources.

All services are offered at no cost, with no insurance required. Care will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis and all are welcome.

  • Follow-up appointments and referrals
  • Prescriptions at no cost
  • Vision services
