KAUKAUNA — Kaukauna’s Varsity Dance Team was named state champions Friday in Division 2 Pom at the WACPC Varsity State Dance Competition in La Crosse.
The team also placed fourth in D1 Kick and 12th in D1 Jazz.
Two weeks ago, the Kaukauna Middle School Dance Team was named state champions in Division 2 Pom and runners-up in Middle School Kick.
The Kaukauna Elementary Dance Team was named state runner-up in the Upper Elementary Pom division.
WACPC is a non-profit organization comprised of cheer and dance coaches throughout the State of Wisconsin. Endorsed by WIAA (Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association), WACPC hosts competitions, educational events, recognition awards, etc. in an effort to constantly improve the cheer and dance athletic programs in Wisconsin.
