KIMBERLY — Three suspects who authorities say are connected to a shooting in Sheboygan were arrested Friday night following a chase that began in Kimberly.

According to a news release, officers with the Fox Valley Metro Police Department located the vehicle wanted by the Sheboygan Police Department shortly before 8 p.m. Friday.

Officers attempted a traffic stop on the vehicle and the vehicle fled at a high rate of speed into Appleton and ultimately into the Town of Grand Chute.

Spike strips were deployed successfully by Grand Chute Police Department Officers, bringing the vehicle to a stop at the intersection of Wisconsin Avenue/Casaloma Drive.

Three occupants fled on foot and were subsequently taken into custody by officers from the Fox Valley Metro Police Department, Appleton Police Department, Grand Chute Police Department, and Outagamie County Sheriff’s Department.

The three suspects and the suspect vehicle were turned over to the City Of Sheboygan Police Department for their investigation.

According to local news reports the victim was shot earlier in the evening at the Sheboygan Meijer store and flown to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.
