KAUKAUNA — An empty commercial lot at the corner of Lawe and Wisconsin in Kaukauna is now up for sale.
The corner lot, that had been a gas station before that was torn down, is being marketed by the Drifka Group in Appleton. LISTING
The asking price is $149,900.
The property, at 200 Lawe Street, is about a third of an acre and is surrounded by thriving businesses, including Kwik Trip and McDonald’s.
This property offers excellent visibility and accessibility with a daily traffic count of 12,300 vehicles, according to the listing.
Back in 2021, Dutch Boyz Kaukauna, the LLC that owns the property, proposed a Scooter’s Coffee Drive-thru restaurant for the site, but the application for a zoning variance was denied by the city’s board of appeals and the site remains vacant.
The lot is adjacent to the long-stalled Dreamville apartment project on the former Gustman property, although fencing came down last week. The city foreclosed on that site last August.
