NEENAH — Neenah police are asking for the public’s help to identify a man who tore up a deck on a home on Maple Street earlier this month.
The man was seen doing the deck demolition on Tuesday, Jan. 7, and a witness said they assumed he was hired for the job, but he left after about 30 minutes and never returned.
Police say the homeowner returned to find the unpleasant surprise.
