KAUKAUNA — The first day to circulate nomination papers for the spring 2024 election in Kaukauna is Dec. 1, 2024.
Papers must be returned to the City Clerk no later than 5 p.m. on Tuesday, January 7, 2025.
The following officers are to be elected:
- An Alderperson, for the term of two years, to succeed Marty DeCoster, Ald. Dist. No. 1, Wards 1, 2, and 3, whose term will expire on April 15, 2025.
- An Alderperson, for the term of two years, to succeed Kellie Antoine, Ald. Dist. No. 2, Wards 4, 5, and 16, whose term will expire on April 15, 2025.
- An Alderperson, for the term of two years, to succeed Brian Schell, Ald. Dist. No. 3, Wards 6, 7and1 7, whose term will expire on April 15 2025.
- An Alderperson, for the term of two years, to succeed Pennie A. Thiele, Ald. Dist. No. 4, Wards 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15, whose term will expire on April 15, 2025.

IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER
- Sunday, December 1, 2024 – First day for candidates to circulate nomination papers for 2025 Spring Election.
- Friday, December 27, 2024 – Last day (5 p.m.) for incumbents not seeking re-election to file Declaration of Non-Candidacy with the City Clerk.
- Tuesday, January 7, 2025 – Last day (5 p.m.) for candidates to file nomination papers with the City Clerk.
- Tuesday, February 18, 2025 – Spring Primary (if required).
- Tuesday, April 1, 2025 – Spring Election
