KAUKAUNA — A flash-flood warning has been issued Friday afternoon for Outagamie County by the National Weather Service in Green Bay.

Between 1 to 3 inches of rainfall has fallen since 11 a.m. this morning.

In Kaukauna, Wisconsin Avenue in front of Riverside park is completely flooded out as of 12:45 p.m. Friday, according to a post in Kaukauna Community Group.

Richmond Street in Appleton, south of highway 41, reported 1 to 2 feet of flowing water.

AS of 1:30 p.m. Friday, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area.

Between 1 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

Locations that will experience flash flooding include Appleton, Kaukauna, Little Chute, New London, Kimberly, Black Creek and Darboy, according to the National Weather Service.
