KAUKAUNA — Kaukauna’s new $6 million aquatic center continues to take shape as work has progressed over the winter months.
New drone photos from Miron Construction show the layout of the new facility from high above.
The city has been working to raise $1 million of the estimated $6 million for the project from public donations through its “Something for Everyone campaign.”
Financing
$1 million – Capital Campaign
$1.5 million – Tax Increment Financing
$3 million – City Borrowing (tax payers)
$500,000 – Parks & Pools Capital Funds
City leaders say the new Aquatic Center will change the way the community thinks about their outdoor pool. It will be a gathering place for people from throughout the Kaukauna area and a source of summer memories that will last forever.
Improvements to the facility will include:
- Splash Pad
- Water Slide
- Shade Structures
- Climbing Wall
- And More.

Work began in August with a tentative date in May 2024 for the dedication and pool opening in June.
