KAUKAUNA — With two games left in the regular season, the Kaukauna High School Galloping Ghosts girls basketball team now knows their opponent for the opening round of the WIAA playoffs.
Kaukauna will play in Division 1 and earned the No. 11 seed when brackets were released Sunday morning.
The Ghosts travel to 6-seed De Pere a week from Friday, Feb. 23, 2024 for a 7 p.m. game.
De Pere currently is second place in the Fox River Classic Conference, with a 15-2 conference record and 17-6 record overall.
Kaukauna, 6-10 in the Fox Valley Association and 8-14 overall, still has two more regular season games to play this week.
They host Appleton North at 7:30 pm. on Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2024 and wrap up the season on the road at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 15, 2024 at rival Kimberly.
