KAUKAUNA — Kaukauna Utilities is looking at potential water system enhancements and updates to aging infrastructure following its recent water study.

To ensure KU continues to meet and exceed customer expectations, KU invites its customers to participate in a Water Quality & Customer Satisfaction Survey.

CLICK TO COMPLETE THE SURVEY

As part of KU’s ongoing commitment to enhance water quality, service delivery and customer satisfaction, KU is asking for customers’ insights and experiences.

The input will help KU better understand customer satisfaction with the water service KU provides.

Among the questions, the survey asks, “if KU should purchase surface water from another community (i.e., Appleton or Green Bay), have KU soften water using ion exchange, similar to a home water softener or have KU filter and soften water using a process such as reverse osmosis.

By sharing your thoughts, you contribute to the ongoing commitment to enhance water quality and customer satisfaction in our community, according to a news release from KU.

As a thank you for your input, customers who take the survey by Feb. 9, 2024 will receive a $5 bill credit. The credit will be applied to customers’ bills after the survey closes.

The survey is quick and easy to complete, and your responses will remain confidential.

To participate, please click here.

The survey will remain open until Friday, Feb. 9, 2024. A paper copy of the survey is available at the KU main office, located at 777 Island Street, Kaukauna. Paper fliers with the QR code will also be available at the Kaukauna Public Library and Kaukauna City Hall.

KU also invites customers to save the date for an upcoming water department open house tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, April 16. The open house will provide customers the opportunity to engage with KU staff regarding the status of potential changes to the water system, see the water filtration process firsthand and get a glimpse into KU’s aging water infrastructure.

To receive the $5 bill credit:

  • Must be a Kaukauna Utilities water customer
  • Must submit survey by Friday, February 9, 2024
  • Must provide name and account number in survey submission
  • Maximum of one bill credit per account
