UPDATE — The final day of the 2024 Cheesehead Invitational wrestling tournament is under way in Kaukauna.

The finals begin at 4 p.m., but fans can follow along HERE. (Cheesehead Invitational is on page 3 of the event list)

KAUKAUNA — The 2024 Cheesehead Invitational wrestling tournament is set for January 5-6, 2024 Kaukauna High School in Wisconsin. The first Cheesehead was held in 1999 and brings in some of the top teams from around the country.

The team from Simley, Minnesota returns as the most recent champion, winning titles in 2020, 2021 and 2022.

The host team from Kaukauna will also attend. The Ghosts finished fourth a year ago.

Teams from as far away as Colorado and Oklahoma are in this year’s field. From Wisconsin, Kaukauna rival Stoughton will send a team to the event.

Wrestling starts at 5:15 pm Friday and 8:30 am Saturday. Follow along on the Cheesehead Invitational website HERE.
