KAUKAUNA — Two Kaukauna High School golfers have received all-state recognition from the Golf Coaches Association of Wisconsin.

Senior Norah Berken and Junion McKenna Lowe were named to the association’s honorable mention team.

Izzi Stricker of Waunakee High School and Kylie Walker of Westosha Central were named co-players of the year.

Berken and Lowe helped lead the Kaukauna golf team to its second straight appearance in the WIAA Division 1 golf tournament.

It was the third straight appearance for Lowe, who appeared as an individual qualifier her freshman year. She led the Ghosts this year at state wth a tie for 12th place.

Earlier in the season, Berken broke the 9 hole school individual scoring record by shooting a 3-under par 33 on the front nine at Countryside. She now holds both the 9 hole and 18 hole school records by an individual.
