KAUKAUNA — Four players on the Kaukauna Galloping Ghosts girls volleyball team have been named to all-Fox Valley Association conference teams.
Madison Tripp, a junior setter, was named to the first-team.
Addy Albrecht, a senior outside hitter, was named to the second-team.
Kayla Van Eyck, a senior right-side hitter and Delaney Ward, a junior middle blocker were received honorable mentions.
Ella Demetrician of Appleton North was named the FVA player of the year,
Kaukauna’s season ended with a loss in sectional semifinal against Appleton North with a three-set sweep of Ashwaubenon followed by a 3-1 decision against Green Bay Southwest to claim the regional title.
North went on to qualify for the WIAA state tournament before falling to Oconomowoc in the Division 1 semifinal.
