APPLETON — Appleton’s Independence Day celebration for 2023 is set for Monday, July 3 at Memorial Park.

The Festival Foods Fireworks celebration offers music by Dr. Dobbe followed by Boogie and the Yo-Yo’z to entertain the whole family before our world-class fireworks show at dusk (approx 9:30pm).

Proceeds from this event go to support the Appleton Area Jaycees’ Christmas shopping event for underprivileged children in the area. (No carry-ins or tarps allowed.)

ATM’s will be available on site.

Food / Beverage Sales provided by local food trucks 4 p.m. – 10 p.m.

Opening Band (Dr. Dobbe) 5 p.m. – 6 p.m.

Headliner Band (Boogie & the Yo-Yo’z) 6 p.m. – Dusk

Fireworks Display Dusk (approx. 9:30 p.m.)

Many volunteers are needed for this event. If interested in helping contact the Appleton Area Jaycees on Facebook or at appleton.jaycees@gmail.com.
