APPLETON — Outagamie County voters will have two opportunities this week to learn more about the candidates running April 4 for Outagamie County Executive.

Incumbent Tom Nelson is facing challenger Kevin Sturn.

On Monday, March 20, The Fox Cities Chamber’s Public Policy Council will host a forum from 7:30 a.m. – 9 a.m. at the Fox Club at Fox Cities Stadium.

Candidates will briefly introduce themselves then answer questions from the audience.

Submit questions ahead of time by emailing jturke@foxcitieschamber.com.

The Post-Crescent will also livestream the event on their web site.

Then on Thursday, March 23, from 8:30 a.m.-10 a.m. candidates will hold a forum at the Heart of the Valley Chamber, 101 E Wisconsin Ave, Kaukauna.

The event is open to everyone with a listening session and Q & A led by a moderator.

Candidates will introduce themselves, talk about their background and why they are running for the position.

The moderator will ask 4-5 questions, then audience members can submit questions as well.
