KIMBERLY — The new Olive Garden in Kimberly opens Monday after several weekends of final preparations.
The restaurant is located at W3254 Van Roy Rd., just off County Highway CE, and right before the 441 interchange. Technically, it’s located just outside of the village on the other side of CE.

The restaurant plans to serve diners in Appleton, Combined Locks, Kaukauna, Little Chute, Neenah, Kimberly, Menasha, Buchanan, Darboy, Harrison and Sherwood.
