NEENAH — No one was hurt Saturday evening when a passing car struck a fire truck that was assisting at a crash scene on I-41 in Neenah.
Neenah-Menasha Fire-Rescue posted a photo of the damage to its Facebook page.
At the time, I-41 south of Breezewood Lane was shut down for an accident.
Crews were on scene responding to the call when a car hit their truck.
Luckily, no firefighters were hurt in the crash.
The news release did not indicated if the crash was alcohol related.
It was a busy night for law enforcement in Outagamie County as well.
According to jail logs for the Outagamie County Sheriff’s Office, 10 people were taken to the jail from New Year’s Eve to New Year’s Day as of 5 a.m. JAIL LOG
Six of those arrested face disorderly conduct charges.
