NEENAH — There are few things bigger for a parent than watching their child perform in the grade school winter program.

So a Neenah fourth grader made sure her hearing impaired parents and family members could enjoy the show like everyone else.

Spring Road Elementary fourth grader Angel Kranzusch performed sign language for the school’s winter concert to assist several of her family members, including her parents, who are hearing impaired.

The Neenah School District posted video of her performance on its Facebook page.

It was all Kranzusch’s idea.

In order to make the concert a more enjoyable experience for her family and other guests in attendance, she asked her teacher if she could sign the concert.

She originally planned to sign just the fourth grade songs, but decided to sign the entire concert.

The video was posted Monday, and already has more than 7,000 views.
