CHILTON — The North Pole Christmas Village is set to open later this month as finishing touches are under way for new displays the 2022 season.

The free-admission holiday display is located at N5207 Lemke Road, Chilton opens to the general public the night of Thanksgiving, Nov. 24, 2022.

The goal of the North Pole Christmas Village is to change the world for the defense of disabled individuals and children and the elderly who are forgotten at Christmas, according to Troy Campbell the creator of the holiday attraction.

Private showings run from Nov. 28, 2022 through Dec. 22, 2022. The cost of $220 includes as many people you wish to attend with no limit.

The includes a visit from Santa for the children, and the use of the North Pole Christmas Village for 2 hours.

New this year is the addition of Santa’s Teddy Bear Village as well as Dasher the talking reindeer.

Santa’s Teddy Bear Village arrived of the summer from New York. It is 40 feet wide and 25 feet tall with 7 towers and will have 100 animatronic bears.

The display began years ago in the backyard of Campbell’s Kaukauna home.

Campbell then moved the display to the Kaukauna Industrial Park in 2021 before finding a permanent home in Chilton.

Admission is free during the run of the event from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
