KAUKAUNA — It’s been a big week for Kaukauna sophomore McKenna Lowe.

She spent Monday and Tuesday with the Kaukauna High School girls golf team competing at the WIAA state tournament in Madison, her second straight appearance at state.

Then on Thursday, she led the Ghosts’ girls cross country team to a Fox Valley Association Conference title as the top finisher.

On the boys side, Kaukauna’s Aaron Schimke won the race, with the team finishing 4th overall.

Lowe finished the 5,000 meter course in 18:54.
