KAUKAUNA — Park Community Charter School is urging parents to follow drop-off and pick-up rules along Taylor Street near the school.
The school posted a note to its Facebook page Friday reminding parents that the area is posted no standing, stopping or parking.
A Kaukauna police officer has been on had recently to remind people who are picking up or dropping off in the area. Those who stop and leave their vehicle could be ticketed, according to the post.
“If you are dropping off a student please pull as far forward in this area as possible and do not leave your car,” read the post. “Especially with the construction traffic we cannot have cars holding up busses by parking in this area or stopping near the start of this zone.”
Parents can drop off on Brother Street to avoid this area all together. Students can enter the playground through the gate on that side.
