KAUKAUNA — Visitors to Kaukauna will now be greeted by a Kitty and a Bunny, part of a new art installation from ACREofArt.

The sculptures, by Texas artist Jeffie Brewer, were unveiled Friday at the Kaukauna Public Library.

The sculptures are part of five public art pieces that have been installed in Kaukauna and Little Chute as part of season IV of the ACREofART public art project.

Other pieces in Kaukauna include “Flip Flop” by Michael Gurcza along Wisconsin Avenue, “Still Listening” by Todd Erickson at the Heart of the Valley Chamber and “BorBor8” by William Vannerson at Wellness 360 Health + Beauty Studio located across from Veteran’s Memorial Park Ring of Honor.

“Scaramouche” also was unveiled Friday at the Stone Arch Tied House in Little Chute.

There are currently 20 sculptures placed across the Fox Cities. The locations for all the artwork can be found using the free Otocast app. By downloading the app and selecting Appleton, residents can see the artwork pinpointed on a map and also listen to an explanation of each piece by the artist.

The art pieces are sponsored by ACREofArt, Heart of the Valley Chamber of Commerce, The Bank of Kaukauna, TDS Telecommunications LLC, and Stone Arch Tied House.
