FREEDOM — The Outagamie County Sheriff is looking for a robber who stole cash Wednesday evening from the Dollar General in Freedom Township.

The sheriff released surveillance video Thursday of the robbery.

According to a Facebook post, the Sheriff’s Office was notified about 9 p.m. Wednesday of a robbery at the Dollar General store located in the Town of Freedom.

An unknown adult, possibly a male, entered the store wearing women’s clothing and a large winter coat.

The robber demanded money from the clerk and then fled the store on foot, according to authorities.

Officers arrived on scene within minutes and were able to track the path the subject, however they were not abl to locate the robber.

The sheriff is asking the assistance of the public in trying to identify the individual in these videos.
