KAUKAUNA — Kaukauna police say they are looking for a driver in connection with an investigation into a New Year’s Eve hit-and-run.
A video posted Saturday evening to the department’s Facebook page shows a couple getting into a Toyota SUV and backing out into the roadway.
Police say the SUV then backed out and struck a vehicle on the oppositie side of the street before briefly pausing, then leaving the scene.
“Officer Schaefer is looking to identify the driver of the Toyota SUV reference a hit and run investigation. If you recognize the driver or can assist Officer Schaefer call him at (920) 766-6333, or email at Schaefbd@kaukauna-wi.org,” read the post on Facebook.
