KAUKAUNA — A strong storm whipped through the town of Harrison area Wednesday morning, overturning at least three semis while snapping telephone poles.

Photos sent to NBC 26 TV show emergency vehicles responding and a tow truck working to remove one of the semis.

The National Weather Service reported that at about 7:30 a.m., trained spotter Simon Sparks reported the semis overturned near Highway 10 and 55. They also reported a roof was blown off a barn.

Twitter user Mandy Froehlich posted a video of a heavy table being blown across her patio in Dundas.

The National Weather Service indicated the strongest storms were to pass just south of Kaukauna, hitting the Harrison, Dundas and Sherwood areas before moving east.
