APPLETON — Today marks three years since Nicholas Hietpas was last seen, and Appleton police are using the anniversary to ask the public for any new tips in the case.
This investigation is still on-going and police say they are still looking for help in finding Hietpas, 22, from Appleton.
He was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt with green lettering, blue jeans, and brown work boots.
Hietpas’ vehicle was located in the area of Highway 64 and Shadow Lake Road, in the town of Doty, Oconto County, Wisconsin.
At the time, Hietpas was be accompanied by a white German Shepard named Samantha.
