HARRISON — Legacy Hoops, a 20,000 square foot basketball recreational facility broke ground March 13 in Crossroads Business Park, inspired by a familiar name to Kaukauna residents.
The Heart of the Valley Chamber of Commerce shared PHOTOS HERE.
The facility, located at the intersection of County Highway KK and state highway 55, will have a strong focus on basketball training and development and will also feature indoor pickleball courts .
When complete, the facility will feature 12 advanced shooting lanes powered by Shootaway’s “The Gun” system, two full-size basketball courts, and six pickleball courts, creating a dynamic space for athletes and families across the Fox Valley.
In addition to basketball training, the facility will also provide tournaments, summer camps and leagues along with space for birthday parties, according to the Chamber.
Owners Ryan and Rebecca Giordana were inspired to create Legacy Hoops by the life and legacy of Ryan’s grandfather, Carl Giordana, whose dedication to mentoring youth and building community through basketball left a lasting mark on Kaukauna.
Keller, Inc. is leading the construction.
