DARBOY — The Fox Cities Festival of Lights is kicking off its 6th annual holiday light display on opening weekend, Nov. 28-30, 2025, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The festival runs for total of five weekends — Friday through Sunday — until Dec. 28.

This is an annual holiday event that takes place at Darboy Community Park, N9334 Noe Road, in the Village of Harrison.

The beautiful lighted walking display features a scenic trail just over half a mile long, with one section winding through the woods on woodchips, and the other on a paved path. The trail forms a complete loop, so no matter where you start, you’ll end up at the same spot.

After strolling through thousands of lights, come visit Santa in Santa’s Workshop.

This year, organizers are focusing on what makes the special event possible — the volunteers.

In its first five seasons, visitors donated more than $80,000 to dozens of area nonprofits.

They say they take pride in being the only affordable display in town, even taking pictures with Santa is free.

The festival has had 16 area nonprofits help them set up more than 200,000 lights and dozens of displays, including the new tunnel this year.

One of those groups is the Kiwanis Club of Darboy which has been a huge supporter since the beginning.

Many of the other organizations also help area youth with a variety of programs to meet many needs.

Parking: Street parking is available on Noe Rd and Midway Rd. A parking lot is located at the end of Skippers Ln. Please note, the lot near the shelter building is reserved for handicap parking, volunteers, and food trucks.

Important Information:

• No Pets Allowed (per posted signs in the park).
• Suggested Donation: $5 per person. Donations help support local nonprofits and the growth of the event each year.
